'Beautiful home! We did not want to leave. Coffee in the morning on the porch just staring out in the back yard with the acres and acres of land. Absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen was all brand new appliances, clean and simple. I would move there in an instant. Great communication with Joel and check in was simple. 'Was a very relaxing, peaceful place to stay when drag racing for a planned 3 day weekend at Maple Grove Raceway (only 15 minutes south of this property). We (my wife & I) would highly recommend staying here for whatever your reason or need for a place to call home temporarily. The 2 bunnies pictures in the listing photos were there each day and did not hop away from us as we came and went and were loading our things into our truck as we were preparing to leave and conclude or stay here...'

'This was a perfect little get away as I did some family history exploration in the valley. Great little general stores in the villages and good food at Kempton Hotel bar/restaurant. The carriage house has such a peaceful vibe and beautiful views of the valley/mountains. Hosts were lovely. Would love to stay again!'

'The place was super clean well kept. Safe area lots of things to do and see. There is a sing seat by the river watch is magical. The inn keeper is so humble and kind. She is very Accompadating. And there is a trian ride that takes you to Jim Thorne. Will definitely be back again in October for the fall festival and the changing of the leaves.'

'We enjoyed our stay and loved strolling down the lane and seeing the horse and goats! We sat out back on the porch and enjoyed that space as well! Super cute decor and clean. We were in town visiting friends so this place worked out excellent as there were 3 of us so was a great cost effective, comfortable stay. This is on a shared property but was private space to relax and inviting! We would definitely stay again if ever in the area!!!'

"We arrived less than an hour before the official check-in. With all our luggage. The room was not ready, ok. But we could not leave our luggage behind for the remaining 45 minutes. So everything back in the car… Breakfast offers enough options and is fine. Dinner and shopping options at the doorstep, very convinient. Clean room. We got a room facing Hwy 30, which turned out to be quote noisy. A large a/c or generator grille next to the window did the rest. Off course we could have asked for another room, but when you already have settled after a long day travel, not so fine. So all together, we think it is over-rated and overpriced. Not a bad hotel, but room for improvement. "
