« Daryl, the manager, took great care of us, as did all the staff. Had two dinners and two breakfasts, all the meals were great! There is no onsite parking so either find a parking spot on your own or pay for parking in one of the lots. There is a loading area right by the hotel door, so we were able to check in, get our luggage to our room and then find parking. There is no luggage rack or closet, except for a small open rod that had a 7-8 hangers - had to leave suitcases and bags on the floor....

« Staff on reception really nice and helpful. A lovely room. Bed very comfortable, had a good nights sleep. Loved that we had a range of hot drinks with options that included oats milk for lactose intolerant and bottled water. There was a lovely hot shower. The only downside was the noisy toilet in the bathroom but apart from that, we had a nice stay. Would stay again. »

« Overall it was lovely but had minor quibbles so 4 star. not 5. Remote control for TV worked poorly. Outside table had broken leg and left unrepaired. Attention needed to back on front and back borders which had begun but not finished. Drinking mugs were unpleasantly heavy and large. Felt a bit end of season! We would however come again and recommend it to friends. »

« We enjoyed our stay at Kotel. Good location, good wifi connection. However we would have liked to have had an electric hob as with only a microwave cooking was rather limited. Also not easy to wash up as no plug in the sink. Fortunately there was an ice bucket I could use to wash up!!!. Crockery was also limited to 2 sets only.
