'Everyone was so friendly and kind, and the hotel was clean and organized. However, someone was playing LOUD music from 3:00 am to 8:00 am. I think it was coming from the apartments across the street. I called the front desk to call the police. However, the LOUD music ruined my stay. '

'When we arrived the first day the trash bins hadn’t been emptied. When we called downstairs the lady behind the reception immediately came to empty the trash bins. However this was an indication of what to expect! We stayed there almost 12 days and our room was never fully serviced, although they said that on our 3 night the room would be fully cleaned. The only thing they did on -I believe it was- the 6th day of our stay was make up the beds, emptied the trash, but the bathroom was never...
