When I first arrived and got to my room my wife noticed blood on our sheets; we called housekeeping and the two women gave us the excuse the it was rust on the sheets from the washing machine and not actual human blood. 'Great location! Attended concert at Toyota Arena and was very close to event. Easy late check in, very friendly staff. Loved the 12pm checkout. Was able to use indoor pool and jacuzzi prior to leaving. Would come again.'

'Over all good, the only thing I don’t like about it is that people with dogs leave them in the room for a long long time, I hate when people do that poor animals, maybe the property should change policy and ask them not to leave the poor doggies by then selfs, because people like me will get worried, I couldn’t sleep thinking… do they have water? Do they need to go outside are they hungry? That’s not good'

'The very nice lady that prepared the breakfast was great and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Maybe the best one ever at an airport Hotel. Room was clean and cozy. My only recommendation is to advise the free shuttle service (it’s called “The GOAT”) to fix their App interface because it asks you “by what time you need to arrive at the airport” and then proceeds to offer to pick you up between that time and 15 minutes after that time, which...

'I needed to check in a little early and I know its not always possible but the were very accommodating. I requested a room on the bottom floor and they gave me that also. I didn't have breakfast in the morning as I got up to late but I have stayed here many times before and it was wonderful. Very friendly staff they always greet you when you come in.'

'When we arrived the first day the trash bins hadn’t been emptied. When we called downstairs the lady behind the reception immediately came to empty the trash bins. However this was an indication of what to expect! We stayed there almost 12 days and our room was never fully serviced, although they said that on our 3 night the room would be fully cleaned. The only thing they did on -I believe it was- the 6th day of our stay was make up the beds, emptied the trash, but the bathroom was never...
