'The property is very well-kept, and the staff were fantastic. We truly enjoyed our stay. However, I noticed a few areas for improvement: The pool lacks sufficient shading; there is only one umbrella for the entire property, and I ended up getting sunburned during my stay, especially since the sun was quite strong on Saturday. Additionally, the gym towels provided are Cintas brand cleaning rags, which are rough and not suitable for wiping facial sweat. Thank you,'

'When we arrived the first day the trash bins hadn’t been emptied. When we called downstairs the lady behind the reception immediately came to empty the trash bins. However this was an indication of what to expect! We stayed there almost 12 days and our room was never fully serviced, although they said that on our 3 night the room would be fully cleaned. The only thing they did on -I believe it was- the 6th day of our stay was make up the beds, emptied the trash, but the bathroom was never...

'Had called the hotel earlier in the day to let them know I was going to be arriving after MN due to multiple delays with my flight schedule. The yoing lady told me know to worry that as long as I got there by 130am that mybroom was saved. Arrived at 105am and the doors were locked. I knocked without reponse.
