Some credit cards also include trip protection benefits, so it's worth checking with your provider to see what coverage may already be available to you. Please understand that we cannot provide refunds for weather-related issues, natural disasters, illnesses, power outages, or other events beyond our control. 

⚠️CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request but must be approved in advance. We kindly ask that you honor these times to ensure the space is properly prepared for our next guests. 

⚠️SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft. There are 4 cameras (front door, side door, back yard, other side gate). Please do not tamper with or disable these devices. For your privacy, there are NO indoor cameras. 

⚠️CRITTERS: As we are located in a rural area, bugs may be present on the property. Rest assured, we have a pest control company that regularly maintains the grounds. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for encounters with insects or small critters. We appreciate your understanding! 

⚠️INTERNET: Starlink internet is provided. Typically very reliable; possible outages in case of severe storms. 

⚠️PARKING: Easily accessible by 2WD/4WD/motorcycles alike. No parking worries — space for 10+ vehicles, even room for trailers. 

⚠️NON-SMOKING: Please maintain the property clear of any traces of cigarettes or other smoking devices. There are a few smoke detectors within the home that notify us (and you) if smoke is detected indoors and you will be subject to a fine if this rule is violated.

Property Access/Assistance

Guests have access to the entire property (excluding 2 owner’s closets).



The front and side doors are equipped with electronic smart lock keypads accessible by the last 4 digits of booking individual's phone number.



Some people temporarily lose cell service while driving to the house. To avoid travel issues, we recommend entering the address into Google/Apple Maps, etc. and keep it on until you arrive.
