« Great 1 bedroom unit situated on the first floor. Off street secure undercover parking. Unit was Clean, tidy, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Super comfortable bed. The unit was well presented. Pool towels included. Large private balcony, ideal for afternoon drinks and hanging wet clothes. Not much of a view but didn’t bother us. Pool was clean and a pleasant temperature. « Le logement était très bien, très agréable avec le petit balcon donnant sur la marina. L’équipe d’accueil a également été vraiment super pour le suivi du check-in du logement. Un petit bémol concerne la salle de bain de la suite parentale, ce serait bien d’ajouter la possibilité de masquer l’ouverture sur la baignoire car la configuration n’est pas appropriée pour un voyage entre amis. En dehors de ce point je recommande fortement cet établissement. »

« Grand appartement fonctionnel avec de nombreux équipements, garage. La terrasse est entourée de murs. Aucune décoration dans l'hébergement, uniquement des murs blancs, ce qui rend l'espace de vie froid, fade. Le canapé est hors d'âge ! Il faudrait penser à le changer. La communication est horrible. C'est au client d'appeler pour avoir les informations. Quand vous êtes étrangers, c'est un réel problème. Nous avons dû nous rendre au Mac Donald pour pouvoir appeler sur Whattsapp, sinon nous...

« I booked it and then about 24 hours later they emailed me that the office closes at 4. I requested after hour checkin process. I didn’t hear anything for 12 hours and only received “call us urgently”. When I called the phone provided, no one answered. They finally called me after 8 PM and blamed me for poor communication and accused me of not calling! Zero focus on the customer and worse communication. »
