'The apartment itself was clean, had a great view and is in a good location. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn't match what we expected. Finding the parking and reception was confusing due to poor signage, and the building was difficult to navigate throughout our stay. The biggest issue was the lifts. Only three service levels 8–44, and as we were on level 38 we regularly faced long waits. The lifts were often completely full, meaning we had to wait for multiple trips before we could...

'Erg vriendelijke eigenaars. Vertellen meteen wat je kunt doen en geven erg leuke tips. We konden zelfs de bbq gebruiken die bij het zwembad stond. Kamers zijn netjes. Wel een erg zacht bed; moet je fijn vinden. Receptie heeft beperkte tijden, maar door de gastvrijheid toch altijd te bereiken als dat nodig is.'

'The furniture package was terrible. The beds were comfy. What let the apartment down was the uncomfortable lounge suite and chair. Lack of furniture. Good points - nice and clean, good amenties, and excellent location (handy to Pacific Fair and transport).'
