Villa's in West Kissimmee

"Heel groot complex. Verouderde inrichting Keuken ok. Bed was prima. Douche had harde straal. Wifi was belabberd. Zwembad niet verwarmd"

"We chose this hotel mainly for the location, and it is close to the parks. The front desk staff were friendly, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of our stay. The walls are extremely thin. We could clearly hear full conversations from the neighboring rooms, which made it hard to rest. The shower water pressure was weak, and we repeatedly had issues with hot water, including periods with no hot water at all. We also had a clogged toilet. Had to go to the toilet at front desk cause there was nobody available to fix. We reported it in the morning again, went to the parks all day, and came back to find it was not fixed. It looked like housekeeping only put the toilet seat down and did nothing to solve the problem. We had to switch rooms, but the new room also had hot water issues and the room was not properly cleaned. The bedding and sheets felt odd and the bed was poorly made. Also housekeeping didn’t clean our room one day. It felt like it was one problem after the other…. Overall, the location is good, but the room quality, maintenance, and housekeeping were far below expectations. We would not stay here again."

"Het hotel zit wat ver van alle parken maar is met n huurauto goed te doen. Alles was netjes toen we aankwamen maar in de gehele week dat we er waren is er 1 keer het bed opgemaakt. Niet verschoond. Dat was ook de enige keer dat we schone handdoeken hebben gekregen. Conciërge was heel vriendelijk en iedereen wel. Maar ook na t vragen om verschoning is dat niet gebeurd. Jammer want verder was t n prima hotel met lekkere bedden en prima douche."

"Geweldige tijd gehad, alleen om de vierdagen word er schoongemaakt en dan ook voor de helft beetje jammer, verder is alles top en zouden we zo terug willen! "

"Nieuw complex. Mega zwembad met strand gevoel muziek en drank aanwezig. Dagelijks ophalen huisvuil goed geregeld. Appartement goed ingericht. Tuin klein met slechts 2 chairs. maar met de hitte niet echt bruikbaar. Raar dat eettafel voor 4 personen is Visa/mastercard werd niet geaccepteerd ivm internationaal- oud betalings systeem? Top bestemming"
