'The rooms were spacious, clean, and recently renovated. The property was well maintained. Every employee I spoke to was friendly. There is plenty of parking, and it is included in the cost. There were tons of employees in golf carts at all hours, creating many traffic hazards on the properties. There was often a massive backup at the gate from 2pm until after 7pm, as they would use the verified guest lane for non-guests who had to be verified, sometimes taking as long as 5 minutes per vehicle....

'We chose this hotel mainly for the location, and it is close to the parks. The front desk staff were friendly, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of our stay. The walls are extremely thin. We could clearly hear full conversations from the neighboring rooms, which made it hard to rest. The shower water pressure was weak, and we repeatedly had issues with hot water, including periods with no hot water at all. We also had a clogged toilet. Had to go to the toilet at front desk...
