« Everything was so nice. The room was very clean and the shower was fantastic. I was greeted by the front desk staff and offered a welcome drink. The elevator guy not only took me on the elevator, but showed me around to the rooftop bar and the basement giving me a little history of the place. I thought he was over and above in his service. »
