Locations villas de rêve à Quartier de Reef Bay

« A charming gem with true island vibes. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The decor was lovely, the bed was very comfortable, and the shared spaces (like the pool/terrace) were great for meeting other travelers. We loved being able to walk down to the waterfront for coffee every morning. It’s rare to find a place that feels this authentic and welcoming. Mahalo for an amazing stay »

« This is a cute, comfortable, private unit conveniently located just a short, easy walk from Sapphire Beach. Very enjoyable! »

« Great experience. Nice property, easy walk to the beach, fun pool, TV to decompress with in the later evening. Cool rain shower, grill, quiet and peaceful. Good AC as well!Lovely time. Absolutely would book again and most likely will! Highly recommend. »

« The resort property is run down and needs some major attention. The inside of our condo was nice and the view was great. The beach would have been ok had it not been for high winds and sargasm. We never could figure out how to get to the top pool. The resort isn’t easy to navigate. »

« This property is exactly as listed Every need has been thought of and provided. The pool is fab! The lights at night are beautiful. This property is close to all your Red Hook and ferry needs. »

« The condo was easy to find and check into. It’s noteworthy that it’s on ground level, so someone with mobility issues doesn’t have to carry luggage up or down stairs. The place was very well equipped with a great bed, lots of towels, folding chairs for the beach and snorkeling equipment. I would definitely recommend getting a rental car though. Parking was right in front of the condo, so very convenient. The only thing that was an issue for me were the 3 swimming pools, because you had to climb...

« We loved our stay, absolutely beautiful view and the lion fish grill being such a short walk was definitely a plus! The sunrises were beautiful definitely recommend »

« The location of the villa was top notch. Right on the bay and in a fairly quiet part of the island outside that you can hear karaoke night at Margaritaville lol. The listing was everything they said it was. Kitchen had just enough to be able to make your meals in the villa on nights you want to stay in and relax. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting. »

« Amazing location right next to Amalie Overlook. Full kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer. Amazing deck over looking the bay. Used the propane grill for burgers. Host made sure we had everything we needed. Would stay here again if we are in the area. »

« We had a great stay at Ryan’s place in point pleasant! The location was perfect- 5 minutes to groceries and several beach options, plus walking distance to resort amenities like great restaurants when we got sick of driving. The villa itself has amazing views, comfortable bed, and is furnished with everything we needed. Really appreciated the access to beach chairs and a cooler to borrow as well! »

« The layout of the house was perfect for a family with 2 adults and 2 adult children. 1 king bed master and another room with 2 queen beds. 2 full baths. The views were spectacular! Exactly as shown in the pictures! Power was out on st Thomas and St. John for a total of 48 hours during our stay. Thanks to the generator the outage never affected us! A/C felt great after a day enjoying the beautiful beaches! We would definitely recommend this vrbo. »

« The reason we chose to stay at this property was for the views and we were not disappointed. You can see the ocean from every room, the main room with the kitchen/living room was very spacious and the outdoor areas were amazing! Each evening we also enjoyed sitting outside and swimming with the moon overhead and the ocean breeze. This home also had tons of beach chairs, snorkel gear and beach towels so we didn’t have to rent anything. Our family of 6 ate breakfast and dinner in the home each...

« Our stay at this property was amazing. Host was responsive, property was well stocked, location was great as it was right down the road from Magens Bay Beach and in a safe, gated area. I highly recommend booking a stay here if staying in St Thomas! »

« Nora was an excellent host and made sure everything went smooth. Having the pool was a nice benefit. We loved how close it was to everything in Cruz Bay, and that we could walk to dinner each night. This was the perfect size for a family of four. And if you're a tennis or pickleball player, the courts are super close by. »

« Location is a little tricky to get to but once you are there it’s a great location »

« This was a beautiful villa!!! We were welcomed upon arriving by Utiny who assisted us in navigating the features of the home. The villa was VERY clean however upon arrival at our check-in time, it was still being serviced/cleaned. The views from this home were absolutely spectacular!!! Just to note for other potential renters, this home is removed from the main areas on St. Thomas and does require quite a bit of scary driving. We rented a car which took awhile to learn to navigate driving...

« property was very nice, best early morning view i have seen in a long time. Great place for large group or family gatherings »

« We love St John and this is not our first villa rental On the island. OverallLocation and property manager were great. House had maintenance issues but they did their best to address them but overall, showers weren’t good(head was taped on), a/c in main bedroom was not adequate, big gap in between Front doors felt unsafe, Kitchen is tight so if you plan to cook, Only one person can be in there and there is NoDishwasher. Outdoor spaces are incredible, beds are comfortable and home is very clean....

« We absolutely loved the property! It has everything you need and more. The view of St Thomas is amazing! The pool is well maintained and offers plenty of seating. Having the separate villa and additional downstairs apartment area was perfect for 5 adults that wanted their own bedroom and attached bathroom. Delano made the check in process easy and we highly recommend you ask about Larry’s availability to be your driver during your stay. He was a pleasure to work with and he knows how to navigate...
