This villa has amazing views, one of the best you will ever experience! You will absolutely LOVE this villa which has a gorgeous brand new kitchen, brand new King sized mattress, brand new sleeper sofa and all photos are updated! This will be one of your best vacations ever!

This oceanfront villa has a 42" flat screen TV, 1,200 thread count sheets for an amazing nights sleep after your island adventures! Plus, I provide guests with all the best tips for beaches, restaurants and more.


Bedroom:
New king bed with 1,200 thread count sheets. Plus, you wake up, lift your head and look at the ocean! It has a new high-powered ceiling fan plus AC to stay cool, new lights and lots of closet space.

Bathroom:
Brand new bathroom with high-finish tiles, gorgeous vanity, new toilet, accents and more.

Living Room:

Outstanding location, stunning ocean-and-islands views from the deck, and a comfortable bed. Unfortunately we had several issues arise during our stay related to check-in and maintenance, but Shawn responded and resolved them. He was courteous and helpful. We loved the pool, landscaping, vistas and walkability to two restaurants. Very close to Coral World and Coki Beach, both of which our family enjoyed before heading to St John and St Croix. We recommend the Sun and Sea Bar and Grill right on the water at this resort - good food, drinks and chill vibes, and fun to explore the dock and see the tarpon. For breakfast and smoothies we really liked nearby Picaso’s Coffee Bar.

This condo was the perfect location for our trip. Easy to get to the harbor for the ferry and close to multiple beaches. When they talk about "a million dollar view", this is it. Sean very helpful . Would visit again.

Our host was a great communicator! The pictures were very nice and a good res presentation of the property. The view from the front of the unit is breathtaking! The pools and grounds are well maintained. The tiny beach was fun with so much sea life to observe along the rocky outcroppings. The restaurant/bar by the pool had great food so we didn’t feel like leaving during our short stay. Coki Beach can be reached by walking if you’re looking for a crowd and more expansive beach.

We had excellent communications with Shawn before, during, and after our stay at his Point Pleasant Resort condo on St Thomas. The view was incredible both inside the unit because of the large sliding glass doors and on the large balcony that also had a dining table and chairs. The AC, appliances and TV worked fine. Parking was not a problem, though it might be a little competitive when all the units are booked. The grounds were well maintained, and it was quiet and relaxing. We used the free shuttle to go to the oceanside Sun and Sea grill twice during our 7 night stay. We highly recommend renting from Shawn.

Had an amazing week long stay! The unit had everything we needed and Shawn was an amazing host. I could really get used to waking up to that view everyday! The detailed recommendations he sent ahead of time were very helpful and did not dissapoint! My only critique is that the mattress needs an upgrade. Could feel the springs and it was very loud when you moved around. But we had so much fun during each day that we were too tired at night for it to be too much of an issue.

Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Views were amazing. Loved the location of the condo on the property - very convenient to the Onsite Restaurants which are great, also a short walk to the pool. Host was friendly and very responsive. Would recommend if you are headed to St Thomas.

Gorgeous!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this simple but perfect villa! The view is absolutely stunning. At sunset the small beach was peaceful and a nice reprieve from the sun with the prettiest sunset. The onsite tiki bar was fun, laidback, great service & drinks. All nearby beaches were conveniently located. Overall such an amazing trip! Our host provided great recommendations and answered any questions in a timely manner.

Myself, my wife and husband went from 3/21- 3/25 we had an ABSOLUTELY GREAT TIME. The VIEW was AMAZING. He property was BEAUTIFUL and the apartment was FABULOUS just like the photos provided. But better. We rented a jeep to get around. St Thomas is very hilly. We walked to 2 of the near by beaches, drove 5/10min to other and ate local food all over.

Wonderful vacation resort and area.

The view, the view, the view. We really enjoyed our vacation. The resort had everthing you needed. It was great having a kitchen and enjoying cocktails and a few meals on the large porch. The pool, and restaurants were nice to have on property. Shawn was available quickly for any questions, and made sure our stay was great.

Point Pleasant was pleasant and quiet

We loved the view and that one of the pools was so close to this unit. There is a shuttle that will take you to the other places on the property if you're not up to walking. There was no blender or toaster in the unit as shown so keep that in mind if you wanted smoothies or blender drinks. The owner said we could buy one and he would reimburse us but we only went to town twice so no time for buying blenders.

Great view, great location

We loved this little condo. Perfect for 2 people. Well stocked and not cluttered. Shawn was responsive and the folks working at the property were lovely and helpful. We used the pool but didn't use the beach here. Highly recommend having a car at this property. The Point Pleasant shuttle will run you up from the restaurant at the bottom of the property . Easy to get to all the beaches and St John and Redhook for dinners or groceries with a vehicle. Could use 2 more beach towels 😁. But the laundry room was a bonus!!

INCREDIBLE VALUE

A clean updated place where you wake up to a view of the sun coming up over St John every morning from your bed….just awesome. We love the elevated mountain view. You’ll want to drive/taxi to explore all the different beaches anyway. So why not get this all world mountain view! Go swim with sea turtles at Maho Bay on St John. Ferry and taxi service is so easy. Cinnamon Beach was also a day at the beach like no other. Just go! At Maho and Cinnamon you will find clean facilities for beach chairs, snorkeling gear, food, drinks, bathrooms, etc. Close by we had amazing fresh salads with grilled chicken and margherita pizzas for lunch and dinner multiple days at Paradise Pie at Sapphire Beach resort. It’s all open air with relaxed vibe. Yes that water is sapphire! Tarpons Table in Red Hook was our favorite dinner spot. Simple proper fresh food with a chill marina atmosphere AND you can feed the Tarpon off the deck. We did not find the Baths BVI trip to be worth that day’s expense and time. It’s a LONG day and more value of time and money is spent at the St John beaches. Magen’s beach on St Thomas is also a must see. We fell in love with St John but the value and view of using this unit as your base is unmatched. Communication with the host and check in are flawless. Definitely worth the stay! For those concerned, this is NOT a weed haven. Some interaction with the smell from locals on the streets but the tourist population is upscale and clean. We had no exposure to it on St John.

It's all about the view here!

My husband and I enjoyed our 4 night stay at this condo. I booked this condo as it had great reviews and everyone said the view was amazing. It did not disappoint. The condo was well appointed, clean and the bed was comfy. It is steps from parking although we just used a taxi if we wanted to go to town. There are 2 restaurants on site which was very handy and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. We especially enjoyed feeding the sturgeon! Fun to watch. The pools also had a beautiful views and were nice and quiet. Just a note, there is a lot of walking and stairs but the resort will shuttle you around. Communication with the host was very good as well. Thank you Shawn!

We were super impressed with the views, checkin process, host communication, and overall just a solid 5 star place to stay ! Great restaurant about 20 yds away and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay ! There’s 3 pools on the resort and the middle level one was just out the front door. We loved it , almost no people there ever.

The location and property was AMAZING!! So close to great excursions, restaurants and beaches!!! The property owner, Shawn, was very attentive to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He had the A/C fixed within hours. The Sun and Sea restaurant had great food and drinks.The three pools were all so clean and relaxing after a day of adventures.Must do activities would.be the Jammin' Jeep Tour (half day) with G and The Stormy Pirates snorkeling around St. John with a stop at Lime Out ( floating Taco bar off of St. John's) BEST TACO TUESDAY YOU WILL EVER EXPERIENCE!!! A sunset dinner at Seaside Grille, fun times at Duffy's Love Shack, and best pizza at Island Time Pub. Booking Shawn's Island Villa will be the best vacation and one to always remember!!!
