The Space:
Welcome to TAU 522, a stunning 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom luxury residence located within the exclusive gates of Punta Mita Resort. Featuring breathtaking Pacific Ocean and golf course views, this beautifully designed condo offers the perfect combination of elegance, comfort, and relaxation.

The spacious open-concept living and dining areas feature sophisticated furnishings and flow seamlessly onto an expansive covered terrace. Enjoy your private plunge pool, comfortable outdoor seating, and spectacular views. The residence also features beautifully appointed bedrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.

Your stay includes breakfast and lunch cook service, daily housekeeping (both Monday through Saturday), complimentary round-trip airport transportation, and a 6-passenger golf cart. Groceries are not included.

Guests also enjoy Premier Membership privileges, providing access to Punta Mita's exclusive beach clubs, including Kupuri, Pacífico, Sufi, and La Lancha Surf Club, as well as the renowned Pacífico and Bahía golf courses. Your reservation also includes access to TAU Residences' shared amenities, including the fitness center, along with Premier Membership privileges at Punta Mita Resort.

Premier Membership provides access to Kupuri Beach Club, Pacífico Beach Club, Sufi Ocean Club, La Lancha Surf Club, and the Pacífico and Bahía golf courses. Access to St. Regis Sea Breeze Beach Club is subject to hotel availability and applicable policies.

A complimentary 6-passenger golf cart is included for convenient transportation within the resort.

Getting Around:
Exploring Punta Mita is convenient and enjoyable during your stay at TAU 522.

Your reservation includes a 6-passenger golf cart, allowing you to comfortably travel throughout Punta Mita Resort and visit its exclusive beach clubs, restaurants, and amenities.

For groups of more than six guests, renting an additional golf cart is mandatory, and additional rental fees apply.

Complimentary round-trip airport transportation between Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR) in Puerto Vallarta and the property is included in your stay. The airport is approximately one hour away by car, depending on traffic conditions.

For transportation beyond the resort, our concierge team can assist with arranging private drivers, taxis, excursions, and additional transportation services upon request.

Other Things to Note:
Daily housekeeping and breakfast and lunch cook service are included Monday through Saturday. These services are not provided on Sundays. Groceries and ingredients are not included in the rental rate.

Complimentary round-trip airport transportation is included and should be coordinated in advance with our concierge team.

One 6-passenger golf cart is included. Groups exceeding six guests must rent an additional golf cart at an extra cost.

Premier Membership provides access to designated Punta Mita beach clubs and golf courses. Beach club access fees, minimum consumption requirements, golf green fees, and certain additional resort charges may apply. Access to specific amenities is subject to availability and resort regulations.
