1- Check-in was horrible after 2h They gave us a room where the door did not open and the Bell Boy opened it with his key, and instead of having a King bed it had 2 Queen beds (they didn't even help us in check-in knowing that we were a couple) after 2h they gave us to another room with 1 King bed 2- We went to lunch at the Brazileño restaurant just like my last trip and they told us that we could not have lunch there unless you were a diamond club member 3- Natural juices only in breakfast & before was anywhere and anytime 4-I went to the buffet and barely attended, I practically had to sit on my own and sometimes ask for water, also they turned off the air conditioner as a result was sllipery floor 5- this blow out my mind, there were NO SPOONS, you had to ask the waiters for them because they said there were not enough, same as the fabric napkins 6- The mattress was horrible, I had back pain for all week, I asked for the mattress to be change, and the only thing they could do was change it from another room, was better but still bad condition 7- I have never seen as much misery within a hotel in Punta Cana as this trip, they cannot hire managers which only goal is their bonus at the expense of the hotel's category and client happiness. For us, ROYALTON MANAGEMENT is really bad, not the Dominican workers, the last management was incredible and they should not have been changed.
