'Such a beautiful property. The room and added perks (heated towel rack and bathroom floors) were second to none! The staff was so friendly and focus on making it a perfect stay. We wish we stayed more than one night to take advantage of dinner and amenities. We drove from picton on way to auckland so arrived late and left early! If we ever come back we will stay longer for sure!!'

'Outstanding property in an excellent location. Would have been 5 stars except for the bed. The mattress looked like it was 20 years old, fabric all sagging and stretched - the springs were way past best by date and offered absolutely no support. My hips were sunk down low and I had a sore back plus very little sleep. Very disappointing. Why have a bed in this condition for an executive property? This was our "honeymoon"'

'Dirty and unclean. Stains (blood?) on the pillow and sheets. Run down and all round dirty rooms with a vile stench in them. Rude, uninterested staff.'

'As a new person to Tauranga, the motel was easy to find and arriving at night the motel was warm and i was even able to buy a meal and delivered to my door. Awesome'

'Free parking was handy and easy. Had the usual amenities. Had its own infinity gas hot water so water was hot and pressure was high. Very handy being close to the shopping plaza, only 5mins walk. The room was well insulated and stayed at a nice temp. Beds were soft and comfortable. Room was a bit dated. Was frozen chicken in the freezer which was weird. Towels were stained and ripped but at least they were clean. If I am honest, I expected more for the price but it was fine for the two nights...
