Guests are met personally by the Property Manager who will provide an orientation to the property and activities of the area. It is important to communicate travel and arrival plans to the villa with the Property Manager/ Owners.

Casa Lorenzo has housekeeper/ cook and property manger/ concierge onsite 6 days a week to answer any questions, handle meal planning or help to arrange activities during your vacation such as massages, pedicure/ manicures, zip lining, ATV tours, etc.

The property sets in a residential section of Viejo Vallarta where you are able to walk to the beach, restaurants and bars in 5-10 minutes, yet you have total privacy atop a large hill overlooking the Bahia de Banderas and the Sierra Madre Mountains.

Puerto Vallarta offers both Uber and taxis, both of which are plentiful. Casa Lorenzo additionally offers a large amount of off street parking secure parking should you decide to rent a vehicle during your stay.

The holiday periods of Christmas and New Years are available for a minimum of 7 days only. All other periods are by the daily rate with a 10% discount provided for a minimum stays of 7 days.
