'I of course did not expect much for the low price I paid for the accommodation in Zona Romantica. But the modest facilities in my room were quite weary / not maintained properly. It was a unpleasant surprise to find out that the only window in my room was looking into a covered patio, which meant no direct sunlight in the room. 'The property is less than one year old, so all the modern amenities, plus new. The kitchen was equipped well enough and there is also a large grill outside. The pool is in a central courtyard, surrounded by a privacy wall. The owner was visiting during my stay and was very welcoming. The property is located on the edge of town, so a car, taxi, or Uber is the best way to get to central PV. But there are some restaurants and shops within walking distance. AC on the living room was not working and dripping water all over the place. The TV remotes were not working properly including the TV in seconds bedroom was also not working.
