'I of course did not expect much for the low price I paid for the accommodation in Zona Romantica. But the modest facilities in my room were quite weary / not maintained properly. It was a unpleasant surprise to find out that the only window in my room was looking into a covered patio, which meant no direct sunlight in the room. I would personally not recommend this hotel, unless you are on a really low budget and/or do not care much of the condition of your accommodation, but still want to stay...

'Other than offensively loud jungle-type music (monotonous and repetitive beats, very few with any singing), this hotel was excellent. The staff said the loud music from approx. 4-10pm daily. was because it was a holiday week Our room was extremely comfortable with a gorgeous view from our balcony The entire staff was extremely helpful and polite The breakfast offerings were large and tasty. as were the lunch & dinner experiences We hope to rerun to beautiful Puerto Vallarta on a non holiday...

'Yes except no stuff to wash dishes or wipe counters. The room with cleaning supplies only had trash bags and cleaning products not a way to wash dishes or wipe counters. But overall excellent check in service and clean friendly atmosphere '
