We recently stayed at SoHo PV during our visit to Puerto Vallarta and overall had a great experience. The communication with the management company was top-notch, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Upon entering the unit, we were immediately impressed by its beauty and aesthetics. The interior was tastefully decorated, and the real showstopper was revealed when we raised the blinds – the views were truly exceptional. The location, despite being on the hill, turned out to be surprisingly convenient and easily accessible to various attractions with just a short walk.
However, one significant downside was the rooftop pool. While the pool itself was visually stunning and perfect for Instagram-worthy photos, the water temperature was disappointingly freezing. Despite the warm Puerto Vallarta sun, the pool never seemed to warm up due to the lack of heating. This resulted in a beautiful but unused amenity, as none of the guests dared to take a dip. It was a missed opportunity to fully enjoy the pool, especially considering its resort-style design.
If you're someone who values a relaxing swim, I would recommend checking with the management about pool heating before booking. Despite this issue, the beauty of the apartments and the breathtaking views might still make SoHo PV a worthwhile stay for many.
