'The woman in the front office was very kind and friendly. She even gave us an upgrade to a larger room at no extra charge. She was flexible and let us check in early. The room itself was spotless and everything worked. It had a complete kitchen with everything we needed to cook several meals. The bathroom even had a bidet attachment which is often unavailable when travelling. The hotel's windows had stunning views of the lake. The grounds are beautiful and there is even a pool and area...

'We had a lovely 5 day stay at the hotel. It has a 90s feeling and I lived it. Every corner has amazing views. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and stylish. I definitely recommend this place and would like to visit again'

'Two things made this place a solid choice for us. First, the location is amazing - a few blocks from the lake, and very close to the downtown restaurants, etc. Second, Nahir (who worked there and greeted us) was incredibly kind and helpful - she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and to assist in every way she could. 'This is excellent choice if you are staying for longer period of time in Pucon. It is in walking distance to city center and lake Villarrica.It does have a secured parking. The lofts are comfortable and spacious. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook if you choose to do so. The host was very helpful and we received a complimentary bottle of wine.'

'The hotel is very comfortable in the centre of Pucon but just outside the restaurant area so no sound at all. Safe area. Very comfi, big beds, good shower. Breakfast is excellent and service great. Very helpful with booking tours and advising about the area. All in all very good value for money. The only thing we didn't particularly like is that we had to move rooms for our third night.'

'Our room was dusty, unfortunately when going to sleep could feel the dust of the bed as if they havent used or change the sheets recently. Also we couldnt use the hot tub, staff said you had to give 8 hrs advance notice in case of using it and would see if they would do it depending in other guests. Also be mindful when going if you are a light sleeper,, the walls are super thin you can hear everything from other rooms and floor above '

'We loved it! The cabin was the perfect mix of cozy and rustic, while being very clean and up-to-date. We loved getting the breakfast and having a view of the volcano. Christian was incredibly helpful to us in figuring out our plans. We were sad to leave and definitely recommend.'
