Turquoise Sun Villa est une maison nouvellement construite, spacieuse et tranquille de deux chambres et deux salles de bains et demi située sur la crête surélevée de la péninsule de Chalk Sound avec des vues panoramiques spectaculaires des levers et couchers de soleil de l'île sur les eaux turquoises exotiques du parc national de Chalk Sound. le nord et Silly Creek et la mer des Caraïbes au sud. Une grande terrasse de la piscine, face aux eaux turquoises du parc national de Chalk Sound et une terrasse supérieure au coucher du soleil en Champagne, permettent aux clients de bronzer du lever au coucher du soleil tout en profitant des paysages les plus brillants du monde.

Nous invitons nos clients à passer leurs journées soit simplement à se détendre sur la piscine paisible et tranquille et les terrasses ensoleillées, soit à passer le temps à explorer les eaux turquoises de Chalk Sound et Silly Creek en voyageant de Cay à Cay en kayak. Ce cadre permet à nos hôtes sportifs et sportifs de profiter d'une occasion de faire du jogging, du vélo ou de se promener le long de la péninsule de Chalk Sound.

À la fin de la journée, nos clients peuvent créer leur propre barbecue de style île, griller les prises de fruits de mer de la journée sur notre grill extérieur tout en regardant les couchers de soleil pourpres brillants pour lesquels ces îles sont célèbres.

La nouvelle villa Turquoise Sun a été achevée en mars 2015 et est devenue disponible à l'occupation en mai 2015. Les chambres spacieuses sont équipées de grandes télévisions par câble à écran plat prêtes pour Internet ou vous pouvez profiter de Netflix sur le service Internet sans fil haut débit gratuit. Les vues des chambres sont spectaculaires car elles donnent sur la terrasse de la piscine et au loin les eaux turquoises de Chalk Sound à travers des fenêtres basses qui permettent une lumière naturelle et une ventilation suffisantes. Le grand salon coule directement sur la terrasse de la piscine et est parfait pour les petites cérémonies de mariage ou autres petites réceptions.

Turquoise Sun Villa est le refuge parfait sur une fermeture de sanctuaire avec un système de sécurité de haut niveau. La villa est à 15 minutes en voiture, de l'aéroport et du reste de Providenciales, mais il y a beaucoup à faire dans les régions de Chalk Sound, Silly Creek, Sapodilla Bay et Taylor Bay qui sont toutes accessibles à pied.

Beautiful rental!
We enjoyed our stay very much! Adele was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The house is amazing and the view of Chalk Sound is breathtaking! We loved that the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the rental for privacy. We enjoyed the pool daily! The washer and dryer came in handy. Lots of amenities including beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella - all of which we used. Just a couple minor things/suggestions for improvement. We were asked not to use the dishwasher as it had been leaking and to be available for it to be repaired. We didn’t hear anything further during the week so just simply didn’t use it. The ignitor on the grill didn’t work so my husband just hand lit it. The living room couch could use a replacement as it’s very worn, although we didn’t spend much time using it. There are bushes in front of the pool which the pic doesn’t reflect - maybe just advertise more accurately. Snorkel gear is advertised but it was basically a few goggles (most broken) and a kids pair of flippers. We killed 2 huge cockroaches in the kitchen - maybe have the house sprayed. We did see traps sitting around the house so assumed it had been an ongoing issue. Lastly maybe give notice for people coming into the property- we had the guys come to clean the pool and then our last day the guy trimming bushes. They startled us and just think a notice would be respectful for those renting. We do recommend this rental and would stay again. Thank you Adele!

Beautiful Views!
Wonderful place to stay with a beautiful view of the Chalk Sound from the pool deck and a great view of Silly Creek and the ocean from the upstairs balcony. The two bedrooms with full bathrooms was perfect for our family of four and the private pool was really nice to have. The villa was clean and comfortable. We did have a car and visited Grace Bay, Sapodilla Bay, and Taylor Bay. Each are wonderful depending on what you are looking for. Taylor Bay was more quiet and relaxing. Grace Bay and Sapodilla were more lively. We enjoyed our stay!

First trip to Turks celebrating husbands 50th
We started in grace bay and then last 4 days in this villa and we died and went to heaven! It was the cleanest most amazing Vrbo I’ve ever seen Great location for sapodilla beach and Taylor bay beach Close to everythjng LOVED your place Adele I wish I can say we will be back but Turks took all our money!! This villa is close to cheap grocery stores And all amenities you need are in this stunning home! Once again we thank you Adele

Fun Time
We enjoyed our stay, but the online listing was a bit misleading. For people like us who place "view" at or near top of our wish list, we were a bit disappointed. The property has now grown bushes in front of the pool, blocking the view of the ocean when you are in the pool or sitting on the patio. The online pictures don't reflect that. We mentioned it to management. Beyond that the property was nice and we still had a great time.

Loved this little house on Chalk Sound!
We loved our visit to Turks and Caicos and especially loved waking up every morning and enjoying the beauty of Chalk Sound. Adele was wonderful and very helpful. We were grateful to have an air mattress on site. The only important note is having a rental car is a must and it’s so wonderful to explore the island, however driving is “adventurous”. Still we wouldn’t do it any other way and would absolutely love to return and stay here once again.

I would like to start off by saying this house was perfect for my family of 6. The location was away from Grace Bay but close to Sapodilla Bay Beach which was one of our favorite beaches to visit. The pool was great to have when we got back from the beach or to relax by in the evenings. The view of the Chalk Sound was breathtaking. The power did go out for a few hours which was not a fault of anyone's but then that caused us to not have hot water. My only complaint was that the house was not cleaned very well to my expectations. The trash can have leftover spaghetti that was under the bag assuming from the renters prior, but we took the time to clean it out with bleach. They are also doing construction next door starting around 6-78am so if like your sleep the bedroom on left will get most of the noise. I'm up pretty early so it was not a bother to me. Overall, I will come back if I decide to stay in the Chalk Sound area.

Beautiful property near Taylor Bay
We had never been to Turks and Caicos before. We weren’t sure what part of the island we wanted to stay on. As it turns out we would have preferred being closer to Grace Bay, we did a lot of driving back and forth. However; we loved the property and it is only a few minutes drive to Taylor Bay which is a secluded beach.

Beautiful house and view
The layout of the house was perfect. Two rooms with private baths on each side of the house. Like private suites, both with pool access. The loft area was large enough that we were able to put the blow up mattress up there so the kids had their own space, plus their own bathroom that is the pool bathroom. We could have slept two more on the pull out couch too! The view from the pool to chalk sound is gorgeous. Pool was a fun place for the kids to be, and convenient we could see them from all rooms of the house. Tips: In January, the sun set over the deck/pool area about 3 pm. We did beach visits first thing in the morning so we could have sun time at the pool lunch-afternoon. The place is on a quiet road, nice houses surrounding. Great location, but the road is not marked well. It’s a little wooden sign with darker writing in it (not a standard street sign like on the other roads nearby) marking the name of the road, we drove by it a few times before we found it. Hope that helps!

Wonderful villa located overlooking Chalk Sound. Very accurate listing that was very clean, well maintained with a kitchen that had everything you need for your stay. Views were outstanding. Having your own private pool was very nice. Management was very responsive with simple check in-check out processes. Would definitely stay at Turquoise Sun Villa again in future.

No Better Location
The villa was as advertised and amazing!! The location was spectactular. When we want to be "out" and be "seen" we do so, but the rest of the time we want "our"time. This had everything! It's a VRBO so don't get twisted, but the proprerty managers were available 24/7 and no need went unaddressed. Will definitely return!

If you’re looking for a clean, beautiful place, with great views, a nice pool, and located 4 minutes from the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen, look no more. This place was fully equipped with everything! The host was amazing and very accommodating. The pictures don’t show the true beauty. It’s even more beautiful than the pictures show. We definitely will be returning ;)

Amazing stay!
Family of 5 (2 adults + 3 kids ( 15/12/7 y.o) Inflatable mattress was very handy. View is gorgeous! Host (property manager) is very responsive and accommodating. Please pay attention to the location on google maps, it is challenging to find, but location is awesome. Property pictures on VRBO are very conservative, so the real feel of the villa was quite surprising in positive way. Pool size is great. Bathrooms in very good shape! Villa has everything you need for entertaining, cooking, BBQ, snorkeling/beach. Very safe! Yes, the location is remote from the tourist activity, but quite and relaxing.

Amazing Family Vacation
After my husband and I had previously visited the beautiful island of Providenciales we knew we had to return with our three daughters (ages 5, 8, 10). We also knew that the best location for our family was away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area yet close to some of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. This house absolutely fit the bill. The house itself was perfectly sized for our family of five and the host was gracious enough to leave us a blow up mattress so that our three girls could comfortably share a room. Most of our time was spent outside and the view from the pool deck never got old. Having some dietary restrictions we ate many of our meals at home and the kitchen was well appointed. We found most of what we needed grocery wise from Sunny's (a local grocery store that you pass on the way to the house) but did make one stop at the Graceway IGA for a few items. The blender made many virgin and alcoholic daiquiri's that were enjoyed by the pool. We used the air conditioning in the bedrooms to make sleep comfortable, but chose not to use it in the main part of the house since we enjoyed having the constant breeze! Both Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay were our go to spots, depending on whether we wanted a more private or busier location. Both are PERFECT for young kids as there are no waves and you can walk for what feels like forever in knee deep water. The Grace Bay area was plenty close (20-25 min) for when we wanted to visit. Just book it!

Lovely stay.
It was such a treat to be in this beautiful spot with both sunrise and sunset views. This villa was spacious and perfect for our small family of three but would easily accommodate two couples with ample room. The pool was clean and private, the internet worked well and the large dining table was great for mealtime and puzzles. If your interested in being in the Chalk Sound area of the island we would definitely recommend this spot. With a cat you can easily access the rest of the island.

This is a beautiful property. Grounds are well maintained & scenery is stunning.
We lost an hour trying to find the place. There‘a no address or sign, and the little wooden road sign Sanctuary Court is barely visible. Overall we really liked this property and area but it needs updating. Faucet in kitchen is finished as is one shower head. You need to wait 10 mins for hot water in 1 bedroom, screens on front doors cannot close as they are warped. Property owner was a no show as we had agreed nor did she communicate with us. When we were trying to search for the home she never responded so we called VRBO & they connected us with Rochelle. This lady was excellent!!! We had no safe as promised, TVs didn’t function but she got right on it quickly on all issues. I can’t say enough about our satisfaction with Rochelle!!! We would rent again providing some updating/upgrading is done… it’s a little tired but area is beautiful!

Quiet and convenient
Our stay was great! Host was very responsive, even dropping off a new corkscrew when we needed one. Home is clean and had what we needed, furniture is a little tired in living spaces but we were barely there. Great location to Taylor Bay and Sapodilla beach, Las Brisas was great nearby restaurant. Recommend a jeep or something to handle rough roads. Easy enough to visit Grace Bay and other areas yet always liked coming home to quiet, tranquil beautiful views here! Would reccmmend!

Amazing property and friendly hoist!
The house has amazing ocean view from each room of the house. The host Adele was very helpful from day 1. We were lost on the first day and she guided us step by step how to get to her house on the phone. She was very helpful for giving tips of good restaurant and places to go around her house. Each room of the house has its own bathroom and closet area. The pool can overlook the beautiful chulk sound beach. I would love to go back every year if I could. Highly recommended !
