Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable at this property. The room had been recently updated, and I found that the materials and workmanship to be above average. Immaculately clean and comfortably furnished. Great location and easy access, with free parking as a bonus!'

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'This extended stay did not have some common amenities, such as washcloth and hand towels provided or even shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Though there is a kitchenette, I did not realize guests had to purchase from them the dishware, utensils, and cooking pots and pans. It made my stay challenging as it was not as expected. They would benefit from giving the room I was in a thorough cleaning and a method to freshen the smell of it. It was likely worth what was paid. I just thought I got...
