Blokhutten in Posada de Valdeon

'This is a very attractive old village house with lovely garden and amazing views. It is ideally located for walking the Cares Gorge trail. As the house is so old, it is dark inside (due to the small windows and dark oak floors/ceilings), and the beds are quite small (as the bedrooms are), but that’s part of the charm.'

'Fijne, gezellige Parador in fantastische omgeving !!!'

'Some minor things what should be taken care of before we arrived. Take in mind the hotel is old and very noisy. For sure not bad, the restaurant is excellent and the location top of the top. Parking is easy, staff is very helpful and friendly. Especially the waiter in the restaurant.'

'Muy buena ubicación, personal muy amable, desayuno excelente'

'The room was very small. Two twin beds. One straight back chair. No room for suitcases. NO amenities. No terrace/balcony/view. Stay elsewhere!'

Recomendable'

'Great surroundings of Picos. Hotel quit, room is clean and spacious. You dont meet any staff thats a bot strange because before booking you dont get informed about that. The app with doorcode on the other hand works well.. '

'Ideally situated on the main route through the Picos mountains. Comfortable spacious apartment at reasonable cost. Restaurant attached served well presented evening meal. Friendly helpful staff.'

'Remote location. Place advertises a scenic pool which is currently empty with mattresses placed in it. Overall rundown conditions. Waterfall on site with trail to it was amazing.'
