I checked in they gave me a room and a parking spot however when I went to park my car there was already a car there then I went to the room and the keys didn’t work so I had to go back downstairs. 'Beautiful hotel. Unable to check in a minute early but weren’t able to leave our bags there until check in. Staff was very nice and had great food recommendations. We stayed in the room with the balcony and it is very large and comfortable. Location in downtown was perfect, and safe. No parking for rentals but there is a municipal parking garage about 3 streets away. We never found the pool in the hotel. Only saw a spa place next door.
