'Everything about this hotel apartment was great, great staff ,great rooms and a great property in general.Only things was the hot water on the lower floor is really inconsistent but it was not enough to spoil their property. 10/10'

'We loved this place and would definitely stay again. It was comfortable and clean, had nice amenities, and was within walking distance to a few restaurants and Ocean Beach. It’s a bit further from some of the nicer restaurants but Ubers were cheap so it was a good spot for our first visit to Puerto Rico.'

'We were relocated to Rosalina Ocean Park as Rosalina Urbino is currently undergoing renovation. Our experience at the Ocean Park was fantastic. However, one aspect that detracted from our enjoyment was Expedia's handling of booking changes. It's evident that there's a lack of consistency among customer agents regarding such situations. 'We stayed one night at Place by the Sea and it was more than adequate. Our mobile home was large and clean, the service was stellar, and the view from the back was quiet and relaxing! Fernando was so nice and recommend an amazing restaurant close by called el Rancho Playero!'
