• Check-in starts at 3pm and ends at midnight—after that time, a midnight fee will be charged

• Check-outs end at 11:00 am; after that time midnight will be charged and if you want to leave after 2 pm you will be charged a full night.

• If you need a crib we can provide one by 39€.

- Would you like the company of your pet? You can bring it with you for an additional fee of 200€ (deposit).

- The tourist tax in Porto costs 2 euros per night, per person, for a maximum of 7 nights. And it is not included in the value of the reservation. Payment must be made through the platform after confirmation of your reservation.

Booking this apartment requires payment of a deposit required (300€) by the owner. Please note that parties are not allowed and the silence rule is from 11 p.m. until 7 a.m. If the condominium reports any problems in this regard, a warning and possible penalty will be sent.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We have everything prepared so that your only concern is to enjoy.

- Add-ons: Availability of extras such as a travel crib and access to the garage (if this option is available in the apartment, please check the amenities), upon request.

- Self-Catered: We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy. Replacements or refills are available for an additional cost.

- Enhance your stay with extra services, such as additional keys, additional cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.

- The tourist tax in Vila nova de Gaia costs €2,5 per night and per person for up to 7 nights.

- All guests must fill out a registration form according to Portugal's local laws. This form will be sent after the reservation confirmation.

- Do not produce noise that disturbs the neighbors and always respect the quiet period between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am, every day of the week. If the rules are not respected, a fine of €37.50 will be imposed.
