Says property includes AC with *footnote at very bottom of ad that AC is optional for an additional 10EUR per day prepaid. We arrived in the evening after a major heatwave. it was unlivable (over 32C) inside. We contacted Homerti (a third party you can only reach by text) and they responded they would send us a payment link the next day and that we could not have AC that night. 'Pros: Die Unterkunft war sauber und für 4 Personen zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es sind 2 Klimaanlagen vorhanden. WLAN sehr gut. Check In und Check Out völlig unkompliziert und netter Kontakt. Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft immer vorhanden. Zu Fuß 5 Minuten von der nächsten Badebucht entfernt. Cons: Ameisen finden meistens immer einen Weg in die Unterkunft. Kein Essen oder Trinken stehen lassen.'

'Tolles Haus mit sehr gehobener Ausstattung. Zwei sehr schön eingerichtete Schlafzimmer mit prima Matratze. Die Lage ist hervorragend und viele der sehr schönen Orte sind schnell zu erreichen, obwohl sich das Haus weit ab vom Trubel befindet. Gesamte Kommunikation mit Homerti ist einfach und professionell.'

'Pros: The house is in a very quiet place, it has a spacious external garden, with washing machine and shower. The interior is recently renovated, everything was perfect and spacious for 3 people. The kitchen is equipped for a good breakfast and dinner. The bedding is comfortable, the air condition is a plus for the hot days, in 30 minutes the house is cold enough. I would recommend to anybody this place! Also, not far from the southern best beaches of Mallorca.'

'Pros: L'appartement est très fonctionnel. Superbe terrasse extérieure, très belle piscine. Accès au parking sécurisé. Accès au centre de la ville très rapide. 10mn à pied. Station balnéaire très agréable et dynamique. Marga nous a très bien accueilli et s'est montrée très disponible.'
