« Love the condo. Very convenient walking distance to all stores and restaurants. Hair and nail salons just downstairs, which was a bonus. We’ll will definitely check availability on our next trip to Port St. Joe. »

« The many buttons you have to push to open the door is a little ridiculous and so sensitive to touch you have to try several times before you can get it open . The sliding glass door was very hard to lock. Had to work on it several nights to get it to lock. Rooms were nice and clean. First couple of days couldn’t find parking pass and got a warning. They were in a bowl on a table on far wall we didn’t see them in it. Need to Located them on hall table. »

« When you take photos of a sunset it never looks as good as being there in person. That’s how we felt about this Mexico Beach condo. The photos are good but being there is even better!! It’s pristine clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Great view of the gulf for being across the road. We had a glitch getting in which was no fault of the owner. Otherwise we loved it! »

« This was our first trip to Mexico Beach. Great location. Minutes from the beach. Access to the beach cart was an amazing bonus! Loved the relaxed and laid back feel of Mexico Beach. Ryan was quick to respond to any questions. »

« Unfortunately, pool was closed and I missed that on the listing. The condo is located right across from the gulf and the beach is beautiful. It is a very busy road in front of the condo but there is a crosswalk. The traffic can be noisy but does slow down at 11pm for the night. There is not a lot in Mexico beach but we enjoyed our relaxed time there. »

« Wonderful experience! The property was very clean and well-kept. It's obvious that the property management takes pride in presentation. We felt as if we had arrived at a home away from home. Of course, this time of year is a little chilly for a lot of water activities, but the bay and Gulf sides were beautiful and relaxing just as they are. Thanks for a wonderful experience! Highly recommended! »
