The house is fully equipped including indoor and outdoor games and is a great stay for families. A lovely well kept garden. The location is beautiful, clean and picturesque. 'Pros - great location, near pub and nice coffee shop. Short walk to beach. Cons - not very clean on arrival, mould problem in bathroom, strong damp smell throughout property. Had planned to cook but found mould growing on wooden spoons and cobwebs on the pans - so ate out instead! Having read through the comments in the visitor book we could see these issues had been raised several times, so it’s disappointing they haven’t been addressed. Would not stay again.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Elm Lodge, in particular its situation in a peaceful, wooded area where we were able to watch spring unfold and observe many varieties of birds. The lodge was clean, comfortable and well equipped and in a great location for visiting Bosham and the surrounding area. This was our second visit and we will be returning!'
