This country house, is surrounded by beautiful countryside, it's located in a very quiet area. Approximately 1km from the old town of Pollensa. The house is fully equipped.


Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa: The picturesque countryside around Pollensa is a colourful mixture of fertile fruit orchards and lightly wooded glades, bordered by hills to the south and dramatic rocky outcrops of Mallorca's northern mountains. Contained within ten square kilometres, the region stretches along the coast to Alcudia from the golden beaches of Puerto Pollensa and inland to the quaint, historic small town of Pollensa itself. To the north the shores of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are fringed with kilometres of golden sand with water sports and ideal sun bathing for the more relaxing holiday. Both Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa offer a good selection of restaurants, ranging from cafes and tapas bars to fine dining. Pollensa, apart from its pretty square has the Via Crucis which is a notable attraction with its long stairway which ascends Calvary Hill, from which there are superb views over the coast. Puerto Pollensa is a pretty, unaffected resort that is a firm favourite with families.

Mallorca: It is easy to understand why Mallorca is a firm favourite with holiday makers of all age groups. Die etwas abenteuerliche Anfahrt über schmale Privatwege hat sich gelohnt: Ein charmantes Ferienhaus in absolut ruhiger Lage mit gepflegtem Garten. Der große Pool (mit integriertem Whirlpool) war ein Highlight für uns. Auch Eigentümer war sehr sympathisch. Er hat sich am Tag nach unserer Anreise persönlich vorgestellt und erkundigt, ob wir alles haben, was wir brauchen.

We had a lovely stay at Can Pascoli, the villa had everything we needed and is clearly very well cared for by Guillem and Antonia. The location is so peaceful and private, yet walkable to Pollenca town. The pool is one the best we’ve experienced in villas in Majorca. We hope to return.

Our favourite villa we have stayed in. Pool, outside space and view from the roof terrace were fantastic! Inside was perfect size for two couples or a family. Location was another bonus - felt so private and secure but only 20 minute walk from the main square. Communication from Guillem was excellent and even greeted us on arrival. Would definitely come back!

Great stay in a great house

The house exceeded our expectations. The outdoor area with the pool was truly fresh and well-maintained. There was always a spot to be found, whether in the sun or the shade. The children swam around the clock, and the ping pong table was also much appreciated. The kitchen had everything one could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable, and Guilamo was very friendly and easy to deal with.

Fantastic villa if you like tranquility whilst still having the ability to walk into town for dinner. The villa itself is delightful. The two bedrooms contain twin beds and all rooms are air conditioned and clean. The bathroom has one of the better showers I have experienced in Spain with decent water pressure and a big shower head. The best part is the outdoor space. The pool is large, deep and in the sun all day. Around the pool is a large sun terrace with a mix of sunny and shaded areas. There is also a covered table in the shade and a ping pong table which is sheltered from the wind.Finally there is a roof terrace which gives amazing views of the surrounding mountains. There's tons of bird life - we were serenaded all day by nightingales whilst we watched eagles over the mountains. Walk to pollensa takes 15 minutes and is mainly flat. NOTE: The road to the property is very narrow and has tight turns with walls on both sides. Don't order a massive SUV from the hire company unless you want a tricky drive! We had a fiat 500 which was perfect

Lovely villa with great pool

Can Pascoli was very comfortable, clean and had everything you could want. The pool is fabulous. Large enough to have a proper swim and it has jets at one end. The walk into Pollensa is easy and only takes 20 minutes which is great for evenings out in town. All in all, a lovely peaceful villa within easy reach of all amenities. Thank you Guillem & Antonua

Beautiful location on the edge of Pollensa

This is our second time staying in this villa. It is in a beautiful location with views to the mountains and the sound of birdsong all around yet within walking distance of the town. It has all the amenities that we needed and has a great pool.

Ruhige Lage, Tolle Gegend

Positiv: Lage des Hauses, schön ruhig, nette Nachbarnca. 1 Km laufen um nach Pollenca zu gelangen, wo es tolle Restaurants, Bars etc gib.Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist schlicht. Soweit okay , sauber.Der Grill ist gut, leider sind keinerlei BBQ Geräte zur Nutzung vorhanden. Habe den Pfannenheber genommen. Das Haus: kleines umgebautes Bauernhaus ( ca. 55 qm ) mit Einfachverglasung und nicht sehr effektiver Klimaanlage. Feuchtigkeit lief an den Innenscheiben runter. Wir waren aber auch im Feb/März da. War sehr klamm die Angelegenheit.Leider sind keinerlei Möglichkeiten um Jacken oder andere Dinge irgendwie anzuhängen. Bad einwandfrei nur keine Möglichkeiten etwas anzuhängen.Wir waren zu 2 da. War Platzmäßig okay. Mit 4 Leuten ist es zu klein. Nun hatten wir leider recht schlechtes Wetter. Mussten als viel Zeit im Haus verbringen.Das Grundstück ist schön! Die Wegbeschreibung fand ich nicht gut! Hatte mir das Bild ausgedruckt vom Haus/ Tor. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir brauchten keine Hilfe weiter.Die Tischtennisplatte ist gut, die Schläger naja!Fazit: Tolle einfache sehr entspannende Location und Grüsse an unsere Lieblingskatze ( Siamverschnitt)Wir haben uns trotz der kleinen Unzulänglichkeiten sehr wohl gefühlt.Man braucht einen Mietwagen!!! Die Gegend ist der Hammer! Viele schöne Touren gemacht

Excellent séjour... à part les moustiques !

La maison est très bien située. Situation idéale pour visiter les plus beaux coins de Majorque (serra da Tramuntana, cap Formentor, ...). Les paysages sont époustouflants. L'environnement est super calme, au bout d'un chemin étroit et tortueux (attention, un gros SUV ou un minibus peut avoir du mal à passer). Beau jardin, piscine magnifique, mais les moustiques, c'est une vraie calamité. Même en novembre, on se fait agresser à n'importe quelle heure de la journée. Insupportable, mais c'est le cas un peu partout à Majorque. Il n'y a qu'en montagne qu'on est tranquille. La maison n'est pas grande mais juste suffisante pour quatre personnes. Les canapés, qui ont l'air tout neufs, sont particulièrement confortables. L'atmosphère intérieure est assez humide (en novembre) et la clim a du mal à réchauffer l'atmosphère. Elle est bruyante et a l'air bien fatiguée. Il manque une chaufferette électrique dans la salle de bain. Equipement de cuisine succinct mais suffisant. Lits confortables. Le propriétaire est très disponible et très serviable. Pour résumer, nous avons passé une semaine formidable à Pollença.

Just back from a 12 night stay with my wife and daughter at this super nice villa set in a beautiful location just a short walking distance from Pollensa town centre. The villa was as described and perfectly met our needs and the pool was fantastic. Big thank you to Gullium who was a great host and very understanding and forgiving when we had a small accident with a plant pot!! Very much looking forward to another visit next year.

Simply wonderful

We have returned to this villa on multiple occasions, and it is still as wonderful as the first time. The scenery, peace and quiet continues to draw us back, as does the amazing pool. Guillem a wonderful host, who leaves you be, but know he is on hand should you ever need him.

Amazing Villa set in the most beautiful location

We had a perfect stay in this amazing villa. The photos do not do it justice. The views from the terrace were spectacular. The whole house and garden were well maintained and very clean. Air conditioning everywhere. The walk in to Pollenca old town was an easy 15 minutes. The town itself was beautiful with lots of bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying in this villa to experience the peace and solitude of this beautiful part of the island.

Fantastic Outside Space And Great Location

The Villa is perfect if you want a quiet location that’s also within easy walking distance of Pollensa. It has great views, a large pool, bbq, table tennis, and plenty of shade if you want it. The kitchen is well equipped, while the rest of the interior is more than adequate, and slightly better than the pictures suggest. Guillem is an excellent and friendly host. If you’re a nervous driver then this might not be the place for you as the road from the main road is very narrow. We would return.

Wunderbare Lage

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist wunderbar. An 2 Seiten umgeben von bewaldeten Bergen hat man das Gefühl allein mitten in der Natur zu sein. Im und am Haus findet sich alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt... Liegen, Grill etc. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist absolut ok. Dann gibt es noch ein ganz besonderes extra, der Pool. Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser besucht hatten aber noch keinen Pool in dieser Größe. Wir lieben Rückenschwimmen und hier waren (jedenfalls bei mir) 15 Schläge bis zur Wende möglich... also das Schwimmen macht Spass und das Baden sowieso. Die Umgebung des Hauses spricht für sich und gehört für uns zu den schönsten Destinationen auf Mallorca. Das Haus ist eine echte Empfehlung.

Villa in tranquil location

We really enjoyed our stay. The Villa had everything we needed and the garden and pool were fantastic with a beautiful mountain backdrop. We really liked the tranquil location with no road noise, yet it was only a short walk into the town. We’d definitely stay again.
