The uncomplicated check-in (with a key code), the good communication with the owners, het clean villa and the match between the pictures and the reality, resulted in this 5-star review. 'We visited this house in may 2018 and had a fantastic time with 2 little kids and 2 adults. The house is spacious and very cosy. We liked the beautiful garden with the citrus trees and flowers. 'Joanna her holiday house is located in a nice envorinment, very well situated for discovering Mallorca. Distances to the mountains, the beaches and Pollenca are always limited. Pollenca with all facilities is on walking distance. The nearby environment is quiet and peacefull. Overall a great place to enjoy your holiday. The house with pool, private garden, and all as expected is well maintained. Wifi coverage is weak, so could need some attention.'

'We were a group of 10 mature adults and this villa was perfect for us. Host Claudia was very responsive and helpful and made us feel welcome. The villa is spacious with plenty of seating areas. 'Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Pins sehr genossen. Die Nähe zum Strand war unschlagbar. Eins der Bäder war etwas ungemütlich. Wir empfehlen allen Gästen, lieber direkt in den nächstgelegenen Lidl/Eroski zu fahren, da der Spar, der an der Unterkunft liegt, praktisch keine Auswahl hat und viel zu überteuert ist. Der Pool war leider etwas dreckig, trotzdem war die Außenanlage des Hauses mit Tischtennisplatte & Co super. Alles in allem haben wir uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt!'
