Can Perot is a truly special country villa in Vall de March, one of the most beautiful and unspoilt valleys in northern Mallorca. Just a ten-minute drive from Pollensa's old town, this peaceful valley is known for its rolling hills, ancient olive groves and scenic oak forests. With only a handful of traditional fincas scattered across the landscape and minimal traffic, it offers genuine peace, privacy and a real connection to nature, ideal for families and outdoor enthusiasts alike.



The villa makes an excellent base for cycling routes and walking tours, including scenic paths leading to Lluc Monastery, whether guests prefer a leisurely stroll or a more challenging ride.



Reached via a charming drive through its own oak forest, the property sits on a generous plot of approximately 27,000m². Mature oak trees provide shade and a natural backdrop above the flat garden areas, while ensuring the garden and pool enjoy full sun through the summer months. A handful of neighbouring houses sit nearby, though none overlook the villa, allowing for complete privacy.



Fully refurbished in 2009, the 265m² villa blends traditional character with modern comfort and space. The ground floor comprises a spacious living and dining area, with air conditioning and a Smart TV, opening onto the garden, a fully equipped kitchen, and one en suite bedroom. Upstairs, three further bedrooms each benefit from their own air conditioning unit: the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and direct garden access, a second double bedroom, and a twin bedroom with two individual beds, ideal for children or additional guests. In total, Can Perot offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (two en suite), comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.



Outdoors, a very large, deep private pool (12 x 4.8 metres) offers plenty of space to cool off during the hot summer months, set a short distance from the house within flat, grassy gardens ideal for children to play safely. A gas barbecue and al fresco dining areas make for memorable summer meals, while 8 sun loungers surround the pool for easy relaxation.



Further comforts include underfloor oil heating for the cooler months, WiFi throughout, a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, a table tennis table, and an automatic garden sprinkler system. A private off-road driveway of approximately 200 metres leads to ample parking directly in front of the house. A baby bed and highchair are available free of charge, and each stay includes a welcome hamper with water, juice, wine or champagne, beer, snacks, coffee capsules, tea, milk and essentials, along with towels and a mid-week towel change and quick clean. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price.





Please be aware:

- A booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking.

- When booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person.

- A refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking.

- Free WIFI available.

- The staircase inside the villa has no handrail or protection; families with young children should take particular care.
