« Notre séjour à Phoenix étant principalement pour un match des Cardinals, l'emplacement de l'hôtel était parfait. Pas très loin de la Loop 101, environ 15 km pour se rendre au stade, très facile à voyager et beaucoup moins cher que les hôtels autour du stade. En plus un énorme centre commercial tout près nous permettant d'acheter notre nourriture et manger à la chambre. Excellent choix. »

« Parking was very dark and not lighted. Tv didnt work telephone in room didnt work. We checked in before we went to a concert got back at 11. No one at front desk Tv didnt work telephone didnt work to call staff. Someone above us kept us all night till 330 I really do believe they were remodeling it. Air Conditioning didnt keep up with the room. Staff wasnt at front desk when we checked in had to wait 10 minutes for someone very rude lady we asked her questions about how to get to the arena...

« My room was dirty and roach infested. There was broken furniture. We had a lot of homeless and sketchy people roaming around the property no one picking up after their dogs, drinking and drug use in public loud music and noise. No one ever answering the phone in the office no security that I saw this is not a safe place. »

« Salle de bain très sale : des serviettes et le rideau de la baignoire avec plein de tâches rouge (probablement du sang), une autre serviette avec des traces noires. Sinon chambre en face de l'autoroute, trop bruyante même avec des bouchons. Clé magnétique qui ne fonctionnait pas tard le soir. Manager très sympa, par contre réceptionnistes du soir non professionnels : ils étaient habillés comme des clochards et une boitait dans sa démarche et semblait perdue parfois. En France ce type d'hotel...

« Plusieurs bris sur les murs, dégât d’eau, mauvaise odeur à l’arrivée ( senteur de fumée) chambre non fumeur? La télévision n’a jamais fonctionné et appel pour aide jamais venu. Pour finir les filles à la réception étaient très gentilles mais n’avaient aucun pouvoir. Merci »
