The pool was so dirty and not even working, The carpet was burnt and there was rubbish on the sofas. There was moldy chicken in the oven which was stinking.'

The beds were comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep.However, the outdoor areas let us down. The pool—which was a key reason we booked this place—was not in a usable condition. It had discolored water and floating empty alcohol cans. The spa pool was damaged...
