Your booking includes both upstairs and downstairs.

Please make sure the number of guests on your booking matches the actual number of guests staying at the property.

If your group has 6 or fewer guests but you would like to use the downstairs area, please contact us before booking to discuss the additional charge and availability.

Guest Access
Access to the space depends on the number of guests in your booking:
● For groups of 6 guests or fewer, you’ll have access to the upstairs level only. This includes 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, a private backyard patio with BBQ and a 4-in-1 multi-game: table size: 137L×67W×86H (cm)— perfect for smaller families or groups.
● For groups of 7 or more, the entire house will be available, including the downstairs level with an additional 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom —offering plenty of space for everyone.
The property includes private access to the beachfront just steps away from the front door, making it easy to enjoy the beach at any time. A fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor patio area are available for your use, offering plenty of options for cooking, entertaining, or relaxing with family and friends.
