Newberryport town a delight with walkable marina and many unusual shops and restaurants in a tranquil friendly atmosphere. Summer weather in the 70’s as hoped👍'

'We loved our stay here!! The house was so great and fully equipped for our family of 8. The beach is literally across the street and the simplicity of that alone made the trip even more special. The beach is clean and full of great finds- moon snails, oyster shells, huge clams!! My children had a wonderful time!! We want to rent from Pam again for longer next time!! '

'We had a wonderful 3-day stay in a great property that was perfectly located for usWe were quite surprised however to discover that the pictures out the windows are taken from an angle that hides the fact that you are underneath the deck looking out of the window The pictures also hide the fact that if you are over 5' 11'' and a half you're going to hit your head going into one of the bedrooms and where someone hung a light near the dining room table but not over it.This sounds worse than it is...

'This is a prime location for relaxation, ocean views, and beach access. We had plenty of room and privacy for 2 adults, 2 tween boys, and our little dog. Rob is an excellent host and provided so many beach and vacation necessities. It made packing and enjoying our time a breeze. I would have booked a second trip back this summer if it wasn’t already sold out! I can’t say enough good things. Thank you!!!!'
