'Diego and Rianne were terrific - so responsive and helpful! Check-in was super easy, exactly as described. We used the Google Maps directions that Rianne provided and they were perfect. The assigned parking spot was right outside and it was easy to get our bags to the first-floor room. 'The room was clean and was exactly how it was described. The pictures were accurate. The only issue was the freezer was iced over which was ok because we didn't use it. The fridge was fine for us, we didn't use the microwave or any other appliances. The shower was great, no problem with water temperature or pressure. The view was overlooking the street. Yes it was noisy, but you are in the heart of the city, what do you expect? We had no problems sleeping, the wifi was great. The host was...
