'The property was in a nice family neighborhood, with friendly helpful neighbors, and a gorgeous view that was accurate as shown in the photos. We loved El Castillo overall. The host advertised this via Expedia as "Entire place - You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party" and that is what I expected we were reserving and paying for. We got there and found it was 2 separate studio rentals on levels 1 and 2 of the house. The landlady was nice...

'What a fun and unique property! We really enjoyed the open air concept and style/design of the home! It felt like a tree house in the jungle! It was very clean and set up perfectly for an enjoyable time! All the bedrooms were closed off and had air conditioning! We really enjoyed the pool as well! Our host was so very helpful and responsive! Helping us pick activities, providing us grocery delivery and was available to quickly answer any questions- it was exceptional!'

'The location is beautiful as advertised. Beautiful views and a nice club house with a pool. Great place to kick back and enjoy. Taniya is great to work with. Just make sure she has your cell so you can text back and forth. Only thing is to make sure the fans are in the living room. It can get a bit toasty. But the ac units in the bedrooms were amazing. Thank you!!'

'It's a great place to stay! perfect location in Bijagua, clean and stylish inside (everything is exactly like on photos!). Our 9 year old didn't want to leave the property and enjoyed every minute in there! seamless check-in/check-out and host is really helpful!'

'Clean and safe location. Located near all of the tourist activities but quite far from town and would require a vehicle. Host was wonderful to communicate with, hot water stopped working and it was fixed within minutes by staff. Overall excellent stay I would book again.'
