The side entrance door was broken and would not close properly, allowing anyone to enter the building, which raised significant safety concerns. Our room had broken outlet covers, dirty air vents, and filthy windows that gave the impression it had not been thoroughly cleaned in months. The bedding was also disappointing. Instead of a comforter, the bed only had an additional sheet, and we had to request a blanket from...

'Had to wait an hour because our room wasn’t ready at check-in. No housekeeping during our stay, trash piled up outside, and we had to track down housekeeping ourselves just to get fresh towels. Sand built up in the room since it was never cleaned, and the front desk staff was unfriendly and rarely acknowledged guests. Disappointing experience overall.'

'Awesome staff! Everyone we interacted with was so pleasant and friendly. Each went above and beyond to assist us with what we needed. Breakfast was good! Well stocked and lots of choices. My only complaint is that the pancake maker was broken, sadly. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet! Highly recommend!'
