Réservation d'hôtels à Plages de l'île de Hilton-Head

« Chambres propres, complexe bien situé. »

« Pool bar staff were amazing, especially Deja who was there our entire stay. The young guy who worked the beach shack was extremely friendly also..just dont remember his name. Marketplace was underwhelming..so much empty space that could be utilized with more retail items, grab n go food items, etc. Overall enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back. »

« Our room at the Westin was well appointed and pretty much immaculate. Very comfy beds and linens. The resort itself is definitely showing its age — but we were told by staff that the public areas and exterior are undergoing a massive upgrade in the coming months. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful. Soft, wide beach that was easy to walk on. Definitely consider springing for an oceanFRONT room — the view and sunrise is wonderful. We stayed on the third floor, and I would...

« Loved it! Will be back again for sure!! »

« The breakfast was horrible. The. Room was not what I expected. The sink was in the hallway/room. »

« I was disappointed with the customer service was received at this hotel. The receptionist Stacy, was rude and unprofessional when we checked in. She told me she couldn’t find my reservation, and I had to show her my booking itinerary to prove that I had a reservation. The situation could have been handled more politely and professionally, As a guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when there is an issue with a reservation. We lost our keys too and we asked her if...

« They're in the process of remodeling. The room was very clean, just som little things that need repair. I would stay again, the staff was super. They have a small continental breakfast, good coffee and again super friendly. I even got cash back for checking out early. »
