'Our experience as a whole was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and location is excellent. The hotel restaurant was excellent. Very delicious crab cake!
That being said, the hotel is starting to show wear. Our bathroom door was warped from water damage. The sink was clogged. The bathroom mirror lighting needed replaced. 'When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. After several minutes, a man finally came and I found him a tad rude and unapologetic. Other staff like the maid service and lady at the desk were nicer and more helpful. They did have to refill the pool towels, like usual when we've stayed before. The toilet seat and shower head in the bathroom needs upgrading, but the room was fine besides those things. I do hope that there are cameras in the pool, hot tub, and splash pad area for insurance...

'We have stayed here several times and this is the first time I could not give 5 stars. We truly love staying here, there is so much to like. However, the following are genuine observations versus criticism and meant to help with keeping this a great place to stay. 1. Balcony = just enough room to sit outside with two chairs and a whopping great fan the sound of a jet engine constantly turning off and on right next to it. 2. Fan = noise permeating into the room so much we had to turn the...

'The staff was exceptional. Always friendly, helpful and always greeting you. The breakfast was wonderful as well. The cleanliness was mid. Elevators had food/trash on the floor. Hallway rugs were stained. Our room reeked of perfume as if trying to mask a smell. And extra sheets/blankets provided smelled musty. But other than that, excellent stay for one night for us.'
