Piste de ski Hempelsberg

We had a three night stay at the Sport overall pretty good but we had booked a junior suite room but was given a family two separate rooms adjoining didn’t make a fuss at start as was tired after journey but really just should have paid for regular double room as that is what we had if stayed longer period we should have complained at the time

We had an exceptional stay ! The hotel is absolutely magnificent (the hotel itself, the park… Everything is sumptuous). The swimming pool and SPA are incredible. In the restaurant, the buffets are excellent (for breakfast and dinner). And throughout the stay, we were able to measure the involvement, efficiency and professionalism of all the teams. Excellent sense of service and always a smile and a kind word ! Congratulations to all the teams ! We will keep exceptional memories of our vacations ! We loved everything ! Bravo and thank you !
