'Room was clean and spacious. Close to several eating/shopping locations. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable and nice breakfast selection '

'Rooms tight. Very little room between desk/wall and extremely tight between bed and dresser. Also - gym has three treadmills, all out of order! All were out on previous stay three months ago. Ice machine on 2nd floor produced no ice. Management has to do better. Breakfast below average per usual. Staff good. '

'The AC Hotel Charlotte Ballantyne was all that I imagined from the internet photos. The staff was attentive and warm with an inviting attitude for all guests. The accommodations were perfect for a girl's getaway. And the Hesta rooftop bar and lounge offered the perfect ambiance for drinks while winding down with other guests. '

'Clean rooms,free parking, incentive of 5$ to skip room cleaning for per day. Wifi is a bit unstable. No restaurant, limited breakfast service. Hotel bar is expensive. Only offices and fast food nearby.'

'I'll start by saying that the "included breakfast" wasn't included. It's a sit down restaurant that you pay extra for. I also paid extra for a balcony room thinking I could save the elevator ride and walk outside, but you can't smoke on their balconies. There was a broken light fixture in our room, hanging by wires. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash hadn't been replenished, and there were dirty fingerprints all over the door on arrival. Also, no blowdryer. I mention that because I've never...

'Our room was clean but the layout seemed cramped with little storage space and we had problems with the bathroom door and sink. Also we should have checked amenities as the rooms had no coffee maker. Coffee was available in the lobby, an inconvenient 4 flights down. '

'Rude staff, watered down Marriott property with bare minimum functionalities for a tired business traveler. Front desk female clerk treated me TERRIBLE.'

'Room was ok except the room they gave me..I requested non smoking and I’m not sure if it was a smoking room but the rooms on either side had people who were outside constantly smoking one thing or another and tossing the butts off the balcony onto our car and the ground (I was on second floor) below..staff wasn’t friendly (checking in and out)..pool closed and that wasn’t mentioned in their ad.'
