'Clean property. Not enough towels. Kitchen light and main tv did not work on first day. On day two, maintenance corrected the problems.'

'We have stayed there twice. I have three young children. It’s perfect for family accommodations.'

'Just a one-night stay but found beds comfortable, room very nice, and quiet. Not a big fan of most hotel free breakfasts, but found it satisfying.'

'I left my AirPods in my room and they were stolen by the housekeeping staff. Even after turning on protections where they could not use the AirPods, the staff yet still did not return the AirPods to the hotel. Very frustrating. Management was helpful in helping to retrieve but very frustrating to not be able to trust staff.'

'Such a beautiful hotel with the sweetest staff. Breakfast was as good as I’ve ever had at a hotel of this class. Coffee is outstanding! We needed a later checkout due to a tournament our son was playing in, and they didn’t even blink in allowing us to check out at 2:00 with no charge. I’d we ever come back to Charlotte, we would certainly stay here again!'

'Although the guest services were excellent, I ended up moving out after one nights stay. The smell of mold was overwhelming and tiny bugs were bitting me all night. I was afraid to take a shower because of how the fixtures looked. There was also what appeared to be a dried up blood stain on the bed covers. My money was refunded and I was able to immediately move into another hotel where my stay was marvelous. I’m so sorry to make such an unpleasant review.'

'There was a lot to like about this hotel. The attached restaurant with a patio, excellent gym, park within walking distance to walk or run outside, breakfast was decent and the staff were very helpful/kind/ professional. The only downside was the highway noise but this did not affect our visit.'
