'Everything went fine'

'The host was wonderful to work with. She communicated promptly and answered kindly to any questions I had. She was very accommodating. Everything that I needed was available, coffee, towels, and travel sizes of shampoo & conditioner as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste! I was very happy with the cleanliness too. I will definitely be staying here again if I am back in the area. '

'Percy's place was amazing. It is located in a beautiful residential area in a very quiet neighborhood. It has a great screened in back porch with very nice furniture. The house was equipped with everything you need to cook meals in the oversized kitchen. The rest of the house was also well stocked with essentials so there was no need to rush to the store. If I ever need to rent a home in that area again, I will definitely check this house first. Thank you Percy for making our stay so...

'Communication by the host was spectacular! Fast, clear and concise messages. House was clean with several amenities. Water temp and pressure was good. Quiet neighborhood. Within minutes of Walmart and Dollar General for any last minute toiletries. Several food options near by. Fast access to the highway. I would stay hear again.'

'Clean furnished apartment. Host was attentive to needs, location close to everything, neighborhood was very quiet. Internet worked throughout house. Very peaceful. Large showers with good water pressure. Large room is on opposite side of home from other for extra privacy. Game room was enjoyed by whole family.'

'We have stayed at this place several times and every time it’s been amazing. The host is great and they always communicate and ask if we have any special requests. I will be staying there again next year for my annual family party that happens near by.'

'This is our second time at this property. We like it because of the proximity to i95 and its cleanliness. The pictures are accurate and the neighbourhood is safe and quiet. The reason for the 4 stars is because this time they didn't leave us any towels.'

'Clean and comfortable for our family to spend time together while attending all the wedding weekend activities for my grandson. Delicious bakery right around the corner! Thanks to everyone, we enjoyed our stay!'

'Perfect for a small family weekend getaway!'

'Stayed here for 10 days during the 4TH of July. Came to Fayetteville to visit my grandson who is in the Army. Location, is great. Not far from base and shopping. The house was very clean and decorated very nicely. Loved that it had humidifiers thru out the house. I definitely would stay here again. We, ate at a great 24hr deli...NOTE : IT APPEARS TO BE RUN DOWN ON THE OUTSIDE APPEARANCE....they make great sandwiches, fresh fruit smoothie and FANTASTIC CHICKEN WINGS. Everything they make...

'The host was very gracious and patient with me. I would love to be their guest again! '

'This VRBO is one of my favorites. Very quiet, clean, King bed was very comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. We loved staying in a Tobacco Barn (Baccer barn). My husband is from Newton Grove and it brought back memories from his childhood. Well done!'
