'FANtastic!!! Great hospitality from hosts, incredibly comfortable and well-appointed cabin. So many little details from welcome basket to sauna to firepit with kindling and lighter... everything so well thought out. Animal friendly but with no sign of another animal every staying there - except the host provided special towels, clean up bags, and even a set of dishes for the canine - again it was impeccable hosting for everyone. Will definately be on a shortlist of places to visit again.'

'This was very disappointing. It was not cleaned. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it The wastebasket under the sink was full. The bathrooms were not clean. The house smelled of cats. The owner apologized because she wasn’t able to catch one of her cats. The cat came into the house the first night and scared us.'

'Cute, clean, quiet and comfortable home. We enjoyed the hot tub, walking to the nearby bar/restaurant and snuggling in to watch a movie while it lightly snowed outside. We would stay here again!'

'An easy drive from the Twin Cities, this was a perfect couples getaway! We enjoyed this sunny cabin’s wraparound windows facing the lake and three season porch. We fired up the cozy wood burning stove almost every day. Plus we like to cook and this kitchen was well laid out and had all the basics we needed to make some fantastic meals. The owner and property manager were super responsive and helpful.'

'Although the weather was something to work around, it didn't stop us from finding ways to have fun on the beach, fishing, and playing games. We had a fire on the beach and cooked hotdogs. It was a lovely time'

'The house was a quaint, clean, and quiet place to stay. We very much enjoyed spending time on the dock and on the small balcony outside the sitting area. Owner could spend a little more TLC on the outside spaces, but it really didn't make our stay unpleasant in any way.'

'This little gem was exactly what we were hoping for. Most incredible view, sitting on the beautiful back deck. The waterfront was perfect with a dock for our son to fish off of and the paddleboards and kayaks were so much fun. We headed out to the left of the dock, until we came across a wonderful large sand bar that we spent the afternoon on. 'This was our second summer visiting this property and our kids are already asking to come back again next summer! Eric and Laura are great hosts and take such good care of their place - it's always really clean, easy to access, and offers such great amenities in a fantastic location. It has that great woodsy/lake feel, but still offers plenty of shops, restaurants, and activities nearby. We love it!'

We all had such a great time, and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The lake is crystal clear. We rented a boat from a nearby marina, but caught more fish off the dock on the property!
