Iperbole country house, between Pienza and Montepulciano

The house sleeps comfortably 9 people in 4 double bedrooms and 1 single ( full bed) , each with its own bathroom. .The living area on the ground floor is a 120 sq. mts. open space with a kitchen area on one side, with two professional ovens, 6 burners, a steamer and 3 sinks, two dining tables accomodating up to 12 guests and a sitting area at the opposite side with a charming stone fireplace and french windows with direct access to the sheltered stone paved patio where the table accomodates up to 12 people. A crib, a high chair, children's bed can be provided. I live with my family in a private apattment which is part of the same building, we might share garden and pool at times, I'm available to give informations and assistance.

1 bedroom with 2 full-size beds and private bathroom with bathtub and shower.
1 single bedroom with full-size bed and en-suite small bathroom with shower.
