'The hotel was amazing. It was clean and the staff were friendly and awesome!'

'I'll start by saying that the staff was excellent and very helpful. The location of the hotel is also very convinient and close to Apex/Holly Springs. However, we noticed that it was not very well cleaned. The bathroom backsplash had toothpaste splatter, sink handle had a sticky substance on it, trash under the bed, stains on carpet, and torn furniture. I'm not a high-end guy and realize that this is a cheap hotel, but I did hope it would be cleaner and better maintained than it was.'

'There were roaches. We were moved to 3 different rooms and all of them had roaches. We fled in the middle of the night, our first night there, and drive 2 hrs home because my son and I were so uncomfortable that we couldn't sleep there. I'm in the process of getting in touch with the manager for a refund because this is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Don't stay here.'

'Thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at this MCM hotel. Room was great, easy parking. Anna on the front desk was outstanding in helping us with places to see, as was her colleague at the bar. Only thing that needs improvement is communication - our flight was delayed by 24hrs and my four different attempts at contacting the hotel received no response. Looking forward to returning again soon.'
