« I'll start by saying that the staff was excellent and very helpful. The location of the hotel is also very convinient and close to Apex/Holly Springs. However, we noticed that it was not very well cleaned. The bathroom backsplash had toothpaste splatter, sink handle had a sticky substance on it, trash under the bed, stains on carpet, and torn furniture. I'm not a high-end guy and realize that this is a cheap hotel, but I did hope it would be cleaner and better maintained than it was. »

« Hilton had an outage & they could not check us in. We left our phone number, they never called. Hours later I called them & was told to find another hotel. There was no offer of a discount to offset our trouble. Nothing. I had to call them back the following day to get the refund to be processed. They never once reached out to me or made me feel like a valued guest. Terrible customer service!!! »
