'There’s no way we can adequately describe how wonderful a place this is! My husband’s first words were how big the cabin is. Pictures don’t do it justice. It is obviously beautifully and very thoughtfully laid out. There’s the sleeping area, but also a whole living room space as well. We had a good time reading, playing guitar and studying in front of the beautiful window! Loved that we could get up and make a cup of coffee right away without leaving our cabin. 'What an amazing stay! The house was super comfy and so cute. So quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect getaway from hustle and bustle. We swam in the lake both at the house and also at Gaston day area. Ate at Suka sushi and it was fantastic! The owner was extremely responsive and checked on us at arrival. The owner also recommended some antique store and I got some sweet finds. Definitely a stay again kind of place!'

'The house was absolutely stunning and serene. The hosts were very accomodating and kind when we made a few requests. The hot water heater initially wasnt working but they came and sent someone to fix it immediately. 5/5 will stay here again.'

However, the description of the sleeping areas were super misleading, leaving us in a very awkward position when our three families arrived. Additionally, the one bathroom in the main house does not lock and does not have any partition between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, which was also challenging to navigate with 10 people.
