'The staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was great value for the price. It's within walking distance of some very nice restaurants. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant’s dinner menu (we had too little time), but the breakfast was good. The lady working there was also very kind.

'The property was much bigger and stylish than we were expecting. The photos don’t do it justice. The service is the best I have ever had. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was thought out well and organized. The service desk button on the phone was amazing. The pools are fantastic and the restaurants marvellous. We were made very welcome. Highly recommended'

'Due to delay at the airport, we arrived by night. They gave us our key but nothing more on information. There isn’t a map in the room with information about the hotel, the area, emergency numbers. House keeping is not every day. Lots of woodlice in the room'

'The apt was clean, spacious (2br/2bath, kitchen, couch/ tv area and balcony with table with 4 chairs that looked out on the beach.) with easy access to bus 25 into Palma (2 euro). The A/C worked well as did the wi-fi. There is a small combo washer/ dryer as well as a 2 burner stove and a combo microwave/ oven. There were tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is a rooftop pool. Bldg is 4 floors with elevator and code access to get into building. You can use the pool and...
