'Was pleasantly surprised by this place. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to be accommodating. The room and other amenities were extremely clean and well kept. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and plan to stay again in the future. '

'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff. Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'

'I’ve stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel twice before and they never cease to disappoint. My only minor complaint is my room was next to the exit door on my floor and whenever anyone left I heard the door slam. Other than that the staff, valets and parking attendants were fantastic. I give them 10 stars plus for adding a Nobu restaurant. I ate there and the food was perfection. I savored every moment. '

'Fine location. Blaring music in the lobby was less fine and not a fun environment to sit in the morning. Good restaurants and lots of choices. Clise to convention center. '

'Little bit strange with lobby on 12th. Downtown in walking distance. Convention Center 20 min walk Parking not cheap, but all parking garages aren't. Expected more homeless people as the US isn't doing well on that point. Neighbourhood felt safe, '
